February Goal COMPLETE

In the beginning of the month I set out a goal to finish up July, August and Septembers' Lucky Stars 2013 BOM's for this years' A Lovely Year of Finishes, and I almost forgot to share it.  So without blabbering too much about them, here they are :-)

July Lucky Stars BOM - Dulcet Star
