It's time for another week of Anything Goes Mondays and to look at a few of last weeks' link ups. Karin from The Quilt Yarn was our host and I am sure you will agree that we all had fun visiting her blog and the link ups linked. Thanks again Karin for sharing your work with all of us and letting us get to know you a bit better. It was so much fun.
So let us look at a few of the links, remember that if your work is being featured here today and you do not wish to have to have it shown, please contact me at marelizeries[at]gmail[dot]com.
This beautiful Storybook Hexagon Quilt made by Cara from Brooketopia. She was cautious to start up a new quilt since she already had others she was working on and just did not have the time to commit to a new project. But just look at her finished quilt. Next time don't fight it Cara, your quilt turned out beautiful!!
Karen from Karen's Quilts Crows and Cardinals shared her processes and steps she follows when free motion quilting. Her tips are really great and I definitely learned a few things I am going to give a try next time I set up my machine for free motion quilting.
Diane from Bella 9 Quilting Studio recently bought her own long arm quilting machine, and uses doodling to get inspired. I too love to put pen to paper and play around with fmq designs to get the creative juices flowing.
Tanya from Tanya Quilts in Co. made these beautiful fabric baskets for her mother-in-law's birthday, she also shared a link to a tutorial to making your own, check it out.
