Quilters' Show and Tell Contest - Quilts For Guys

I've yet again submitted one of my quilts to the Quilters' Show and Tell contest.  This time the theme is Quilts for Guys.  

I've finished this quilt in the beginning of this year, and made it especially for my Dad on his 70th birthday in February.  Except for a few traditional quilt blocks, it is all of my own design.  My Dad loves playing golf, and if he is not on the course playing a game, he'll be watching it on tv.

Quilters Show and Tell - Wall Hangings

This week's theme at the Quilters Show and Tell contest is Wall Hangings, so I've entered my Tree Wall Hanging into the contest.

Tree Wall Hanging

This little quilt measures 26 x 26 inches and got the idea from a photograph I've seen in a magazine.  The free motion quilting was inspired by nature and my main source was from The Free Motion Quilting Project by Leah Day on her 365+ Designs page.
